We endeavour to describe every piece accurately, noting any significant restoration or historical wear. However, as these are period items, minor imperfections commensurate with age are to be expected and often constitute part of the object's character. Title to the goods remains with the vendor until payment has been received in full.

Returns Policy

We want you to be delighted with your acquisition. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a 14-day returns policy from the date of delivery. Notification must be made in writing within 48 hours of receipt. The item must be returned in the exact condition it was received, using a specialist carrier approved by us. Upon safe return and inspection, a full refund of the purchase price will be issued, excluding delivery and return transport costs.

Distance Selling Regulations

For clients purchasing online without prior physical inspection, your rights are protected under current consumer contracts regulations. You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after delivery. Please note that customised items or pieces that have been altered at the buyer's request (such as upholstery changes or polishing) are exempt from this standard return policy.
