Delivery Information

We can arrange fully insured delivery for most items and regularly engage specialist removal teams to safely transport larger pieces. Please contact us by telephone to discuss your specific requirements and obtain a tailored delivery quotation.

Condition & Suitability

All items are described generally. As these are period pieces, please allow for minor imperfections and general wear and tear commensurate with age. It is the buyer's responsibility to satisfy themselves regarding the overall condition and suitability of the goods prior to purchase. For items such as furniture, paintings, or porcelain, you are welcome to request a detailed Condition Report prior to dispatch. Please note that renegotiation of price cannot be undertaken once an agreement has been reached and payment has been received.

Transit Damage & Claims

We cannot accept returns unless goods have been damaged in transit. Upon receipt, it is the buyer's responsibility to immediately open and carefully inspect all packages. Any damage or missing goods must be reported to us by email within 24 hours of delivery to process an insurance claim.

We cannot settle any claims, or issue full or partial refunds, if we are notified more than 7 days after delivery. We cannot be held liable for any losses should you fail to notify us within this strict 7-day timeframe for any reason.
