Delivery Information

We can arrange the delivery with Insurance of most goods and will engage a removal team to deliver larger items.
Please telephone us for enquiries on cost for your individual requirements.

If buying items of furniture,pictures or porcelain,you may request prior to despatch a detailed "Condition Report"as we cannot accept returns unless goods are damaged in transit.

It will be the buyers responsibility to satisfy themselves as to the overall condition and suitability of the goods they are purchasing.

All goods are described generally and consideration must be allowed for general wear and tear in consideration of the age of an item.

Many items have had their prices negotiated downwards and renegotiation cannot be
undertaken after agreement and payment has been received.

Once goods are received,it is the buyers responsibility to immediately open packages
and carefully check to make sure there is no damage to the goods,as any insurance
claims must be notified to us by email within 24 hours of receipt.

We cannot settle any claims or refunds or part refunds after 7 days,as it is the buyers responsibility to inform the seller within the time limit specified,of any damage or
missing goods.

We cannot be held liable for any such losses should you fail to notify us within 7 days for what ever reason.
