BRONZE CHERUB CANDLESTICK OIL LAMP WITH CRANBERRY GLASS SHADE C1850

An interesting Cold Cast Bronze Cherub Candlestick,having been converted around the turn of the century into a period oil lamp.

The shade and body of the lamp look as if they have either been specially made or maybe it is actually an all original.

The shade is beautifully made from early cranberry glass and lifts off for access when lighting the lamp.

The Bronze is stamped with the words F.Souchav Paris,which is probably the foundry mark.

The Measurements are approx. 20 Inches including the shade.
