A good quality early 19thc portrait painting, depicting a 16thc Nobleman in all his finery. A red velvet tunic trimmed with gold and semi precious stones, over another coat of woven gold thread.
He is wearing a choker shirt held with gold clasps and has long brown hair which rests on the shoulders. In his hand is a fine quality sword.
