DESCRIPTION:

The first Queen Anne chairs were developed in England in the 18th century.
Queen Anne chairs are characterized by simplicity, curvilinear lines, elegant design, and cabriole legs.

They were designed to be a continuation of the William and Mary style of furniture.
A variation of the Queen Anne chair was the Queen Anne wingback chair which has sides folded inward to keep heat contained within the chair.

SAFE MATERIAL COVERINGS:
Solid wooden frame with high quality fabric covered, UK or CA fire-proof foam has been used.

We are pleased to offer a large and beautifully re-upholstered armchair with mahogany Queen-Anne cabriole legs and removable reversable cushion.

The armchair has had a recent full professional rebuild and has been finished to a very high standard,in a florrel heavy duty cotton and nylon, brockaded with a gold silk thread design & having a green silkly finih to the background.

There are a pair of matching arm covers included,which will protect from any wear in the future.

SPECIAL NOTE:

The patterned material has been applied in an absolutely perfect symetrical manner re all the patterns being mirrored and equal in their positioning,confirming great attention to detail in the upholsterers work.

We would suggest a plain white or cream head cover to hang over the back.

A great armchair of large scale and of an heavy build,having solid mahogany front legs.

This armchair has been fully re-upholstered under the cushion and all the way back,in the main
material.

CONDITION
Very clean and in perfect condition without any fading and with no marks or pulled threads.
