COLLARD & COLLARD SQUARE PIANO C1850

This is a beautiful restored Collard & Collard Antique Square Piano dating Approx.1850

The case has undergone a tasteful refurb being french polished but not stripped or over restored.

The internal restoration involved a full restring and the action was rebuilt and dampers were replaced .
There is a full written report along with photos during the rebuild which occured in the year 2000.

Lucy Code. based in Bristol, carried out all the work over quite afew months at a total cost of some £4,000,and all works undertaken are detailed in a bound copy of a typed report with photos.

The piano has been tuned recently and has been on a regular basis as the new strings settle in.

The sound is wonderful and mellow with a nice touch.All genuine ivory original keys.
