A fabulous decorative continental Sevres factory cabinet plate with stunning and elaborate gold work and hand painted central cameo depicting an early 18th.century scene.A rich pink florrel inner border highlighted with garlands of leaves and followed by a deeper inner border of further gold leaf decoration,using a black enamel paint to contrast and provide depth.
The surface of the plate has been profiled and is contoured & made from a fairly thick porcelain.
