Description
A STUNNING PAIR OF ORIENTAL ENAMELLED JAPANESE VASES IN HARD BONE CHINA DECORATED WITH GEISHA GIRLS EARLY 20THCSPECIAL NOTE
THESE ARE £3000 EACH & CANNOT BE SPLIT
These vases were originally bought over 40 years ago for decorative purposes to stand in my conservatory and have traditional designs similar to earlier 19thc. examples although these are around mid 20th century
They are in excellent condition with no damage.
The scenes depicted are cleverly hand finished with enamel in great detail and overpainting using gold and glazed.
They have fluted tops with a pair of gold covered handles to give them a balanced look.
A fine pair which would be hard to replace for the price being asked.
